ORTHOGRAPHIC PROJECTION


-is an exact projection from horizontal or vertical plane surfaces at 90 degree angle.
-example :

-the primary planes intersect each other at right angles.The angles the horizontal and vertical planes     

 are described as first,second,third and fourth angles of projection.In theory,you can place an object  

 in any of these angles of projection and draw or project its image onto the projection planes, which in 

 turn could be rotated onto the plane of your drawing paper.Only first and third angle projection have  

 a practical application today.

Isometric Drawing

ISOMETRIC DRAWING


-is a pictorial digram that enlighten us to view various shape of objects.
-used in various engineering fields.
-provides better perception of objects and gives related information.


ISOMETRIC CONCEPT


-an isometric drawing is a three-dimensional drawing with width,height and depth measurements.

 -example : 

-when viewed from a certain direction an isometric object will show three views,top,front and side.

This are tools that you need to buy for engineering drawing.It maybe a bit expensive.There are 2 type of drawing board ;

1)Wooden drawing board.

2)plastic drawing board. 

.

In my opinion,plastic type is more expensive than wooden type but I think it last longer than the wooden type.As for the T-square ruler,plastic type set more thin and fragile compare to wooden type.
